EGP, the starting point
Estructuras Global Proyect (EGP), based in Zaragoza, is an end-to-end industrial structures engineering firm, born from the merger of EGP and Desplek. It designs, calculates, fabricates in its own workshop and erects steel structures and modular buildings on a turnkey basis, with its own patented system. It holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications and EXC3 execution class, and its work ranges from PLD Space’s test towers in Teruel to Saica’s biomass plant and the Belchite footbridge.
It is one of the group’s two pillars and the anchor of the sector: its workshop, its engineering team and its delivered projects are the benchmark every Industrial construction company is measured against.
How the sector grows
The sector grows by adding craft, not by opening branches: workshop capacity, specialisms and presence in other regions. We look for companies with their own workshop, engineering able to calculate and sign off what it fabricates, and industrial clients who come back project after project.
